Informant Protection Policy
- ㆍConfidentiality Assurance: We prioritize the confidentiality of informants. Your identity and the specifics of your reports will be safeguarded at all times.
- ㆍProtection from Retaliation: Informants will not face dismissal, disciplinary action, or discrimination as a result of making a legitimate report. Our commitment to protection extends to those who cooperate with investigations.
- ㆍIntegrity of Reporting: All reports will be utilized exclusively for investigative purposes and will be handled with the highest level of care and integrity.
- ㆍConsideration of Involvement: If you report misconduct in which you were involved, your circumstances will be thoughtfully considered during the investigation.
- ㆍRestricted Access: Access to the details of your report will be limited to designated personnel, ensuring that information is shared on a need-to-know basis.
We encourage all employees, partners, and stakeholders to voice concerns about potential misconduct. Your proactive engagement is essential for fostering a responsible and ethical workplace.
Reporting Policy
- ㆍCorrective Actions: If misconduct is substantiated through investigation, appropriate corrective actions and preventive measures will be implemented. However, actions may be limited for anonymous reports that lack clarity or verifiability. Reports made with malicious intent or based on false or unsubstantiated claims will not be acted upon, and informants cannot contest this decision.
- ㆍSubmission Channels: Reports submitted via the hotline do not serve as formal notifications to the company. For formal communications regarding employment, business, or legal matters, please contact the appropriate department directly. The company is not obligated to forward hotline reports and assumes no responsibility for the information submitted.
- ㆍData Protection: Personal data collected through reports will be managed in accordance with the company's privacy policy and will not be disclosed without valid justification.
Raising concerns is vital for fostering a healthy organization. The company cannot address issues it is unaware of; therefore, if you suspect any misconduct or inappropriate actions, please report them. Your confidentiality will be fully protected.
